Hot Chicken Salad

Hot Chicken Salad - Serves 4
Gooseberry Patch Homestyle Family Favorites

1 cup rice, cooked
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 cup corn flake cereal, coarsely crushed
2 Tbsp. butter, sliced

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl; pour into a greased 8x8" baking dish. Top with crushed cereal; dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
