The Deen Bros. Fire It Up
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup light rum
1 pint coconut sorbet
2 cups seltzer
Pineapple slices, for garnish
In a large punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice and rum. Add the sorbet to the bowl in scoops. Just before serving, add the seltzer and garnish the bowl with pineapple slices.
